Job Description – Partner, Corporate Commercial
Our client has an immediate opening for a Corporate Commercial Partner to join its team in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will have over fifteen years’ corporate commercial experience, strong leadership skills, sound judgment and a passion for business law.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Manage a varied case load of corporate commercial files.

Expand and support business/client development opportunities.
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

LL.B. or J.D. degree (or equivalent).

Good standing with a Canadian Law Society.

15+ years of corporate commercial experience.

Strong leadership skills, sound judgement, and a passion for business law.

A full or partial portable practice is preferred.
