SHETIN ADAMS is a Recruitment Assistant for The Counsel Network, based in our Calgary office. She plays a critical role in managing the information between recruiters, candidates, and clients, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience is had by all who interact with our team. Shetin acts as one of the primary contacts on all inter-office matters and ensures the national team has the best practices in place to facilitate the recruitment management process.
Shetin has recently completed a B.A. in International Relations at The University of Calgary where she was the recipient of numerous awards for academic achievement. Shetin is passionate about working with marginalized communities and has volunteered with local organizations such as the ESL Reading Club and Deaf & Hear Alberta, as well as abroad. Shetin also wrote a play for 2018 YOUth Riot and filmed a documentary short for Black History Month.
Shetin is fluent in French and is conversational in Spanish and Twi.
